Once in a while, I'm lucky enough to sew with my two oldest grandchildren, Braeden (11) and Brooke (7). They love running the machine on their own, and are actually getting pretty good at it. Brae likes cutting strips of fabric with the rotary cutter--with a finger guard on the ruler. Don't want any fingers cut off at grandma's house!
